I recently stayed at a hotel in Pucon and had a fantastic experience. the location was brilliant, as it was very close to the center of town and only a short walk to the beach. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the volcano. this hotel exceeded my expectations.

In terms of improvement, the only thing that could be better was the coffee at breakfast.

Immaculate and comfortable hotel, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, well-appointed rooms, great location near the beach and town. Close walking distance to Pucon.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Pucon. the location is perfect - very close to the center of Pucon but in a quiet area. Not only that, but it's also close to the beach, which was a great bonus. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel like a valued guest. Thirdly, the rooms were comfortable and had access to a garden area, which was a nice touch. Lastly, the breakfast provided was tasty and well-served, setting me up for a great day exploring the area.

While the room was comfortable, the noise level from other guests was at times disruptive and made it hard to relax. The views from the room were also not ideal, with some unsightly elements like garages and laundry hanging.

I had the most comfortable stay at Cocurantu Hotel Boutique. The room was modern and had access to a lovely garden area. The beds were so cozy with amazing sheets and towels. The homemade jams at breakfast were absolutely delicious. The location was perfect, close to the lake and downtown, yet peaceful and quiet. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, arranging a laundry service and even helping with our airline reservations. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic experience.

Fantastic stay during the New Year! the hotel was clean and modern, with comfortable beds and lovely sheets and towels. the homemade jams and breakfast options were delicious, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. the location was perfect, just a short walk from beautiful nearby attractions. We especially enjoyed the option of having dinner at the hotel, which was a great way to end our days.

The shower had limited amenities, and the noise level in our room was higher than expected. We could often hear other guests and the surrounding area outside our window.

Located in a quiet area, but close to everything, this small hotel offers comfortable accommodations with quality details. Rooms are equipped with standard options, and some of them feature garden/warm bathtub views. Breakfast is extensive and includes made-to-order eggs and waffles. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing above and beyond service. dinner at the hotel is delicious and well served.
